I am out of Hanoi for a year and would like to leave my house for rent for the period of July 2012 - June 2013.

It is a lovely house with 3 levels. First floor consists of one big living room plus dinning room, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom. The second floor is covered by a L-shape living room, a bedroom and the second bathroom. The third floor is an entertainment room with big class window which is excellent for coffee in the morning and relaxing during evening. A small storage and laundry area is attached with a front-load washing machine and a basic dryer. Long and spacious balconies run along the second and the third floors.

The house is fully furnished and suitable for 1 person or a couple. Fivimart, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and many more convenience of Tay Ho district are just some steps from the door.
